Registration Information

Swim Defiance offers a competitive timed 3K event.

Eligibility

• Age will be determined by your age as of December 31st, 2024.
• You must wear a wetsuit, unless cleared by Race and/or Safety Director.
• All Swimmers (if not a repeat finisher) MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE (e.g. online meet result) of a 38:00/1500 meter pool swim OR a 42:00/1650 yard pool swim OR 50 minute/1 mile open water course or be able to keep a 2:20 minute per 100 yards within the last 2 years. This will be required as part of the online entry form. 
• You MUST be a current U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) member or sign up for the one day membership for the day of the race.
